About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the AI adoption change strategy across the enterprise
Build and execute the change management framework for every vCision agent rollout
Define readiness criteria, adoption metrics, and value realization checkpoints for each agent and business unit
Partner with ESD leadership to identify operational impact, redesign workflows, and prepare teams for new ways of working
Partner with the training team to develop and deliver enablement for AI agent rollouts
Drive communication and stakeholder engagement
Run the change intake and prioritization cadence for the vCision program
Maintain the program operating rhythm: status, RAID, decision tracking, executive reporting cadence
Measure and report on adoption and value realization
Build and lead the change management team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or program leadership
3+ years leading change for technology or operational transformation initiatives
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise change programs in healthcare, RCM, BPO, or technology services environments
Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent change management certification preferred
Strong understanding of AI, automation, and agentic technologies
Proven ability to design and execute training, communication, and adoption strategies at scale
Experience operating across global teams (US, India, Philippines) and matrixed organizations
Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to operate confidently with senior leadership
Strong analytical and program management skills with attention to data, metrics, and outcomes
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate in a fast-moving program with shifting priorities
Healthcare, RCM, or financial services experience is a major plus
Experience with ESD, contact center, or operational delivery transformation is a plus
Experience building and leading distributed teams is a plus
