About the role
- Partner directly with ESD leadership to understand business needs and translate them into analytical outputs and visualizations.
- Collect, compute, and analyze large data sets from various systems to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting needs.
- Proactively identify trends, variances, and operational insights that can drive decision-making and performance improvements.
- Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI, ensuring data is presented in a clear, actionable format.
- Build and manage tools in Excel and Smartsheet to support tracking, forecasting, and planning activities.
- Own the end-to-end data process—from ingestion to interpretation—and act as the go-to expert for operational financial analytics in support of RCM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Previous RCM analysis experience in healthcare field preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel functions (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar workflow/project management tools.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Experience supporting operational teams in a healthcare or RCM environment is preferred but not required.
