About the role

  • Identify, research, and communicate operational or client performance observations within the organization's reporting platform.
  • Partner with colleagues to perform root cause analysis and build automated processes based on data-driven analytics.
  • Meet with internal stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for specified performance metrics.
  • Identify and document current reporting to satisfy performance metric identification.
  • Create Azure Dev Ops tickets to build reports to identify performance metrics currently missing from the platform.
  • Track and report on the identified performance metric observation within the organization's CRM.
  • Create easily understood reports that intuitively present information to the business unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Analytics, or Statistics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Data Analyst with at least 1 year in US Healthcare.
  • Expert-level Power BI: Advanced DAX, complex data modeling, calculation groups, incremental refresh, RLS/OLS.
  • SQL proficiency: Advanced T-SQL for views, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Agile SCRUM experience: Proven ability to deliver BI solutions in iterative, collaborative environments.
  • Collaboration: Strong experience working with Data Engineering, QA, and Product teams.
  • Practical understanding of US healthcare.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
