About the role
- Work alongside the TA Leader and provide full cycle recruiting for various segments within the enterprise.
- Manage a portfolio of positions that range from individual contributor to professional level.
- Build and manage relationships across various segments, develop robust candidate pipelines.
- Facilitate the hiring/onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and TA team.
- Leverage online recruiting sources and develop and maintain an extensive network of contacts.
- Manage a high volume of positions, and review applicants to determine alignment of skills.
- Conducts candidate phone screens using behavioral based methodologies to assess job fit.
- Oversee the scheduling of all interviews for the hiring manager and gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and hiring activities.
- Conduct candidate follow-up calls and participate in quality-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience with global recruitment (US, Philippines, India) and cloud-based applicant tracking system, preferred.
- Experience working with consultant agencies firms.
- Healthcare and revenue cycle management (RCM) experience, preferred.
- Level 1: Up to two (2) years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience (Individual contributor to professional level) required.
- Level 2: Two (2) to four (4) years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience (Individual contributor to professional level) required.
- Level 3: Minimum of four (4) years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience with at least two (2) years focused on executive or senior level hiring required.
- Proven track record of filling senior/executive roles in the healthcare industry.
