About the role
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business process requirements and identify automation opportunities
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Develop comprehensive process workflows and solution design documents tailored to requirements
- Leverage AI and UiPath to design and implement automation solutions to optimize business processes
- Assist in analyzing business data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making using T-SQL and Python
- Build Power BI visuals and use DAX for reporting and exploratory data analysis
- Conduct rigorous testing to validate automation solutions against specified requirements and ensure quality
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate successful adoption of automations
- Participate in documentation, requirement gathering, and ongoing support of automation initiatives
Requirements
- Specializing in AI & Automation with experience leveraging UiPath
- Excellent proficiency in T-SQL for database querying and analysis
- Intermediate Python skills for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and visualizations (working with Excel & PDFs)
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI Intermediate – Building Visuals, DAX
- Good in Exploratory Data Analysis
- Requirement gathering: collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Develop comprehensive process workflows and solution design documents
- Conduct rigorous testing to validate automation solutions against requirements
- Provide training and support to end-users for adoption
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and outside the box
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Self-motivated with capability to meet deadlines on overlapping initiatives
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business environments
- Curiosity
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years experience with strong SQL skills
- Nice to have: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python (additional) and basic understanding of US Healthcare/RCM
