About the role
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand their business process requirements, identifying opportunities for automation to streamline operations
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Develop comprehensive process workflows and solution design documents
- Conduct rigorous testing to validate automation solutions against the specified requirements
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate successful adoption
- Assist in analyzing business data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making
- Use Python for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and creating visualizations
- Write and run T-SQL queries for database querying and analysis
- Create basic Power BI visuals and perform advanced Excel tasks
- Participate in process design and optimization using AI and UiPath to automate tasks

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in T-SQL for database querying and analysis
- Python Skills: Use Python for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and creating visualizations
- Requirement Elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI Basics – being able to import a dataset and create basic visuals
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the capability to meet deadlines on overlapping initiatives
- Basic understanding of US Healthcare/RCM
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Curiosity
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python (nice to have)
- Exploratory data analysis (nice to have)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 3 + years with strong SQL skills
