Requirements

  • 10+ years project/program management experience, including 5+ years in healthcare/RCM onboarding
  • 7+ years people leadership experience managing Managers or equivalent team leads
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and onboarding methodologies
  • Advanced portfolio management, capacity planning, and resource allocation skills
  • Strong financial acumen, including contribution to budgeting, forecasting, and performance metric analysis
