- Leads a group of Managers overseeing multiple onboarding portfolios
- Ensures consistent and predictable delivery performance across the function
- Translates onboarding strategy into execution by standardizing processes and improving delivery outcomes
- Serves as the operational bridge between enterprise leadership and frontline managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years project/program management experience, including 5+ years in healthcare/RCM onboarding
- 7+ years people leadership experience managing Managers or equivalent team leads
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and onboarding methodologies
- Advanced portfolio management, capacity planning, and resource allocation skills
- Strong financial acumen, including contribution to budgeting, forecasting, and performance metric analysis
