Tech Stack
About the role
- Remote from the home office: Support, fault analysis and resolution via phone/remote tools (1st/2nd level, depending on experience).
- On-site at customer locations (throughout Germany): Installations, rollouts, troubleshooting and commissioning (workstations, network, printing/scanning, card readers, and connected devices where applicable).
- Systems & infrastructure: Windows clients/servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN/WLAN/firewall basics, backup/restore.
- Health IT (depending on expertise): TI/KIM, connector environment, eHBA/SMC-B, clear documentation and handovers.
- Customer focus & service orientation: Nationwide on-site deployments, solution-oriented consulting and a high level of service commitment.
- Documentation: Concise, traceable documentation (checklists, tickets, handovers) so that solutions are repeatable.
Requirements
- Must have experience in IT support/IT operations/IT service (vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration is desirable but not required if you have relevant practical experience).
- Solid understanding of Windows, networks and structured troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel across Germany (onsite customer appointments are part of the job).
- Class B driver's license.
- Very good German (customer-facing).
- Nice to have (not mandatory): AD/M365 administration, VPN/firewall/WLAN, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware).
- Experience with practice software, TI/KIM or medical interfaces (e.g. DICOM/PACS).
- Basic PowerShell skills.
Benefits
- Remote-first: You work from the home office — you don’t have to be in an office to be productive.
- Variety instead of constant travel: Remote support is a core part of the role; on-site assignments are added project- and ticket-dependent.
- Predictability: Customer appointments are coordinated within the team; clear handovers and standards instead of “chaotic” assignments.
- Development: Onboarding, checklists, knowledge transfer — you don't need to know everything upfront; willingness to learn is what matters.
- Equipment: Professional setup for remote work (laptop/phone) and modern tools.
