Tech Stack

About the role

  • Remote from home office: Support, fault analysis and resolutions via phone/remote tools (1st/2nd level, depending on experience).
  • On-site at customer locations (throughout Germany): installations, rollouts, troubleshooting and commissioning (workstations, network, printers/scanners, card readers, and any connected devices).
  • Systems & infrastructure: Windows clients/servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, basic VPN/Wi‑Fi/firewall knowledge, backup/restore.
  • Healthcare IT (depending on expertise): TI/KIM, connector environment, eHBA/SMC‑B, and thorough documentation and handovers.
  • Customer focus & service orientation: Nationwide on-site assignments, solution-oriented consulting and a high level of service commitment.
  • Documentation: Concise, traceable documentation (checklists, tickets, handovers) to ensure repeatable solutions.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in IT support/IT operations/IT service.
  • Vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration is desirable but not mandatory with sufficient practical experience.
  • Solid understanding of Windows, networking and structured troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany (on-site customer appointments are part of the job).
  • Class B driver’s license.
  • Very good German (customer-facing).
  • Nice to have (not mandatory): AD/M365 administration, VPN/firewall/Wi‑Fi, virtualization (Hyper‑V/VMware).
  • Experience with practice management software, TI/KIM or medical interfaces (e.g., DICOM/PACS).
  • Basic PowerShell skills.
Benefits
  • Remote-first: You work from the home office — you don’t need to be in an office to be productive.
  • Variety without constant travel: Remote support is a core part of the role; on-site assignments occur depending on projects and tickets.
  • Predictability: Customer appointments are coordinated within the team; clear handovers and standards instead of "chaos assignments".
  • Development: Onboarding, checklists, knowledge transfer — you don’t have to know everything; willingness to learn is key.
  • Equipment: Professional remote work setup (laptop/phone) and modern tools.
