About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Manage employee expense processing for Ireland/UK/Poland.
Oversee customer invoicing, aged debt reporting, and credit control.
Post journals and maintain accurate general ledger records.
Support month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
Assist with preparation of management reports, cost and variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support payroll processing and ensure payroll transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, SKWP, or equivalent)
Fluent in Polish and English (required).
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong working knowledge of FRS standards.
Proven experience in AR/AP/GL and financial reporting.
Exposure to payroll processes is highly desirable.
