About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
- Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers within medical device and diagnostic companies.
- Book meetings for Account Executives by engaging prospects and communicating our value.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and creative ways to add value to early stage prospects.
- Manage all activity within our CRM (HubSpot).
- Continuously learn and stay up to date on our product and the MedTech industry.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilience, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with rejection and motivated by goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with sales tools (e.g., Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Gong) is a plus.
- Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or data-driven sales is a plus.
