About the role
- Review and audit student interactions across advising, tutoring, and support programs to ensure quality and consistency
- Evaluate adherence to internal standards, processes, and best practices across student-facing services
- Identify trends, issues, or opportunities to improve the student experience and communicate findings to leadership
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve advisor and tutor engagement with students
- Maintain accurate documentation of audits and evaluations
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations and other team members to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with monitoring service delivery to ensure students receive timely and effective support
- Perform other duties consistent with the role as assigned by leadership
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate processes objectively
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to analyze interactions and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Comfort working independently and managing a flexible workload
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience working with educational services, tutoring programs, or advising environments preferred
- Ability to use common workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, email, and other communication platforms
- Availability to commit approximately 10 hours per week
