About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the analysis and mapping of current processes, identifying opportunities to improve clinical and administrative operations based on the Tasy system;
Assist in the implementation and stabilization of Tasy system processes, ensuring their sustainability;
Provide technical support to junior analysts and business areas, helping optimize routine workflows;
Collaborate in resolving technical system issues in partnership with consulting firms and contracted support vendors;
Participate in user training and capacity-building for system users, promoting operational efficiency;
Assist in preparing technical reports on project status and system performance, providing information to management for decision-making;
Contribute to audit controls and data security within the system, participating in regular processes to protect sensitive data;
Support the Project Manager and PMO in managing schedule, scope, quality and deadlines, maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
Proven experience with the Tasy system, working in support, implementation and/or system evolution in the healthcare area;
Knowledge of requirements gathering, process analysis, solution validation (homologation), user support and support for clinical systems;
Analytical and organized profile, good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously on medium- and high-complexity tasks.
