About the role
- Analyze and map People and Culture processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation through Sênior HCM;
- Act as the functional technical lead for the HR modules of Sênior HCM (payroll, benefits, performance management, recruitment and selection, among others);
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications for the IT team and external vendors;
- Support configuration, parameterization and evolution of Sênior HCM, ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation;
- Conduct functional tests and user acceptance testing to validate new implementations and system updates;
- Lead change management efforts, train users and ensure adoption of implemented solutions;
- Participate in the selection and implementation of new HR technology solutions, ensuring integration with legacy systems;
- Monitor system performance indicators and propose continuous improvements;
- Serve as a technical reference for the team and support the resolution of incidents and problems related to Sênior HCM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology;
- Advanced knowledge of Sênior HCM;
- Solid experience in system configuration, parameterization, rule adjustments, table maintenance, report development, version and server updates, as well as customization development;
- Prior experience as a Senior Consultant for Sênior HCM is a plus.
