About the role
- Carry out employee onboarding processes: register new hires in the HR Management System and prepare related reports, print documents, and arrange admission uniforms and benefits;
- Execute vacation procedures: check and confirm vacation schedules in the HR Management System, issue receipts, prepare proration calculations, and record entries in DC;
- Reconcile timecard records and release timecard summaries to employees; authorize time records for integration into payroll;
- Submit eSocial data related to work schedules and new hires;
- Add and remove employees in the electronic timekeeping system;
- Request ID badges and uniforms and record invoices (NF) for payment;
- Track and record invoices (NF) for CIEE contracts;
- Assist employees by providing information and clarification regarding legal and internal company procedures;
- Collect and provide documents requested by regulatory agencies and auditors;
- Support procurement of time clocks for sites that do not have them;
- Support the preparation of management reports on timekeeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or Human Resources.
- Desired experience with personnel administration routines: benefits processing and electronic timekeeping; payroll; labor and social security legislation.
