About the role
- Define, implement and maintain IT Governance processes and practices;
- Support the adoption, maintenance and evolution of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT and ISO standards;
- Map, analyze, assess and treat IT risks;
- Ensure effective controls over access, changes, assets, services and vendors;
- Support internal and external audits related to IT and Information Security;
- Develop, review and maintain IT policies, standards, procedures and guidelines;
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), service levels (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs);
- Support contract, vendor and service level agreement management;
- Promote continuous process improvement and increase the maturity level of IT Governance;
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, Information Security, Compliance and business areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields;
- Experience in technology with a focus on Governance;
- ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001 or similar certifications;
- Vendor and contract management experience;
- Solid understanding of Information Security and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
- Critical and systems thinking.
