About the role
- Define, implement and maintain resilient, scalable and secure network architectures aligned with business needs;
- Administer LAN, WAN, WLAN environments and telecommunications links, ensuring stability and performance;
- Configure, maintain and optimize switches, routers and firewalls, ensuring adherence to best practices;
- Proactively perform troubleshooting of complex incidents, identify root cause and implement permanent solutions;
- Implement and maintain network security policies;
- Support projects for expansion, improvements and integrations of network infrastructure;
- Manage and monitor telecommunications vendors, link contracts and service levels (SLAs);
- Document network topologies, technical standards, operational procedures and best practices;
- Promote continuous improvement of network environments by evaluating new technologies and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
- Experience in networking;
- Certifications such as Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper or similar are desirable;
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP);
- Organized and detail-oriented.
