About the role
- Work closely with customers to define and document scope and functionality of software features, implementation details and usability needs
- Feed customer requirements into our product backlog in the form of User Stories and detailed, usable test cases and storyboards/prototypes following SCRUM principles
- Work with the SCRUM Team to ensure features are implemented and tested correctly and on time
- Develop customer-facing documentation including user manuals, help files, best practices documentation, release notes, etc.
- Manage customer expectations regarding feature development and releases, training, etc.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders project progress, milestones achieved, risks and roadblocks
- Other customer-facing duties including training, technical sales support and other responsibilities may be required from time to time
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful experience in a product role such as product management, development, etc.
- Experience with software development and testing process – preferably in an Agile environment.
