About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform intermediate level data research and financial analysis to support business operations
Plan and prepare business, financial and data analysis
Develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations
Identify data and reporting tools necessary to perform business analysis
Develop reporting/analysis for product manager, sales, and/or customers
Work directly with internal teams to provide analysis and reporting
Develop and analyze scorecards, providing insight into trends or unusual performance
Organize, plan and recommend analysis and reports consistent with continuous improvement of processes
Monitor for data accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years of experience in an analytical role (specifically replenishment, forecasting, supply chain, or sales analytics)
Direct experience leveraging Walmart tools such as Scintilla, NOVA, and Supplier One
High attention to detail and accuracy, proactive problem solver
Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office and Excel
