Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for medical device collection programs in hospitals throughout a defined region
Liaison with hospital staff to coordinate ‘Go Live Days’ for launching the reprocessing program
Create routes and schedules for Field Service Representatives (FSR)
Communicate labor needs to leadership and HR for appropriate talent acquisition
Educate hospital staff on the reprocessing program
Troubleshoot and resolve problems in collection systems
Collaborate with various sales teams to increase device collections
Compile and monitor weekly status reports from FSR
Conduct periodic business reviews after launch to retain hospital staff's commitment towards program success

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in medical or sales environment
At least 1 year experience in a hospital or operating room setting
Current valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Clean driving record
Ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facilities
Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
Experience accomplishing tasks in an optimum order
Up to 80% travel for business purposes
