Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma
5+ years of experience in Business-to-Business collections
At least 1 year experience with large volume and critical account dispute resolution
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
Position requires travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
