Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and lead the operational activities of the organization to maximize growth and profitability
Provide daily leadership and management to all manufacturing and operations functions
Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, training, and development opportunities
Direct day-to-day operations of Manufacturing and production process
Ensure efficient operations with minimum equipment downtime and quality products
Manage all capital expenditures
Ensure material is received and moved correctly
Support contract negotiations for new business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
At least 12 years of experience in a production environment
At least 5 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work
Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
