About the role
- Develop and drive sales within the territory
- Target new customers and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients
- Promote Medline Sinclair's products and services
- Build and maintain customer relationships through regular visits
- Follow up with customers during and after the sales process
- Proactively manage complaints and report recommendations to management
- Contribute to sales strategy in collaboration with the VP of Sales
- Monitor competitors and gather market intelligence
- Maintain customer records and track sales
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or dental sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle complaints and propose solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of the dental sector and Medline products
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
