About the role

  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of HR and Payroll data within HR systems
  • Design and maintain HR data governance standards within HR systems including Workday and UKG
  • Define data ownership, data definitions, and control documentation for HR data
  • Monitor data quality, completeness, and consistency across Workday modules
  • Support SOX control design, documentation, and testing related to HR Systems
  • Develop and Validate Workday reports including Advanced, Composite, and Dashboards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HRIS, audit, compliance, or data governance
  • Hands-on experience supporting SOX compliance
  • Workday reporting and data validation experience
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and their impact on financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
