About the role

  • Manage/set overall key strategy and go-to-market approaches with Medline Sales Leaders
  • Manage sales strategies that drive overall achievement of sales targets
  • Drive sales pipeline; grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions, products and services
  • Lead sales team and initiatives through all sales phases
  • Manage delivery of business reviews in partnership with Division Product Management
  • Train Medline teams to prepare and present customer needs plan
  • Facilitate positive relationships with key decision-makers and external customer key stakeholders
  • Own all issue and problem resolution
  • Oversee implementation of specialist-led product conversion & implementations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years overall experience in product management, product development or sales
  • At least 4 years of product sales experience
  • Thorough understanding of the product, customer and market needs for Acute, Post-Acute and/or Specialty
  • Experience building customer relationships while providing clinical consultative feedback and education on products and services
  • Demonstrated ability to execute sales marketing strategies and tactics
  • Ability to analyze market trends to effectively develop presentations and provide recommendations
  • Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a proven track record to plan, manage and develop strategic initiatives
  • Skilled in presenting to senior management or C-suite
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
