About the role
- Manage/set overall key strategy and go-to-market approaches with Medline Sales Leaders
- Manage sales strategies that drive overall achievement of sales targets
- Drive sales pipeline; grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions, products and services
- Lead sales team and initiatives through all sales phases
- Manage delivery of business reviews in partnership with Division Product Management
- Train Medline teams to prepare and present customer needs plan
- Facilitate positive relationships with key decision-makers and external customer key stakeholders
- Own all issue and problem resolution
- Oversee implementation of specialist-led product conversion & implementations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years overall experience in product management, product development or sales
- At least 4 years of product sales experience
- Thorough understanding of the product, customer and market needs for Acute, Post-Acute and/or Specialty
- Experience building customer relationships while providing clinical consultative feedback and education on products and services
- Demonstrated ability to execute sales marketing strategies and tactics
- Ability to analyze market trends to effectively develop presentations and provide recommendations
- Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
- Demonstrated project management skills with a proven track record to plan, manage and develop strategic initiatives
- Skilled in presenting to senior management or C-suite
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
