About the role
- Supervise, guide and direct work teams to execution of defined Inventory Management KPIs
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks of team members meet defined standards for performance
- Monitor the procurement of the distributed buying team with approximately 700 vendors
- Develop and mentor staff through training and performance management processes
- Ensure all customers’ needs are met and be the point of escalation when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 3 years or more of experience in Supply Chain
- Experience applying knowledge of MRP, buying, demand planning and forecasting
- Ability to assess and initiate actions independently
- Experience analyzing data and or processes to identify issues, trends, or exceptions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
