Bringing development in-house
Structuring the Information System architecture comprising internal applications and SaaS tools
Implementing the product roadmap in coordination with Product Management
Supporting the group's ongoing digital transformation
Take ownership of development work, ensuring a high level of quality to meet Product roadmap needs, including development of a high-quality, personalized student experience
Ensuring reliable, high-performance interconnection between various applications and solutions (ERP, LMS, CRM, etc.) to optimize internal teams' efficiency and productivity
Gradually take ownership and build expertise on strategic applications, notably a custom in-house ERP and the LMS
Contribute to implementing internal development tools and best practices
Contribute to architecture decisions and the selection of the best solutions

Requirements

At least 5 years' experience as a Full-Stack Developer on large-scale projects in agile environments
Expertise in: PHP development
Full-stack JavaScript development
SQL databases (MySQL)
(Bonus) Python
Rigorous, structured and pragmatic
Impact- and solution-oriented
Strong communication, listening and synthesis skills
