About the role

  • Support the monitoring of ongoing marketing projects: documentation, updating tracking tools, and operational coordination with internal teams.
  • Assist in organizing events (student fairs, open days, webinars, etc.) and contribute to improving event processes at a national level.
  • Create and update marketing materials to showcase offerings (website, brochures, presentations, posters, roll-ups/pull-up banners) and support production follow-up (proofreading, print approvals, corrections, inventory management).
  • Reporting and monitoring of marketing activities: updating dashboards and tracking performance.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a marketing or communications program (minimum Bachelor’s level / Bac+3).
  • Interest in operational marketing and project management.
  • Rigour, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaborative project management tools (Notion, Trello, etc.).
