About the role
- Manage multichannel campaigns: create email and SMS campaigns
- Prepare target segments
- Test campaigns and schedule sends
- Manage event invitation campaigns via workflows
- Implement automated journeys throughout the prospect and customer lifecycle: contribute to the development of marketing automation journeys
- Create emailings and proactively propose content
- Set up automated workflows
- Analyze campaign performance and monitor key metrics
- Propose optimizations to improve campaigns (design, copy, channel…)
- Implement A/B tests
- Test new formats and channels (RCS, WhatsApp, conversational)
- Develop nurturing and upsell journeys
- Create an email design guideline
- Conduct competitive intelligence
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level program (equivalent to Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Digital, Data, Communication, or a related field
- Comfortable with digital tools and ideally familiar with a CRM platform
- Excellent writing skills with impeccable spelling and grammar
- Basic knowledge of email marketing, segmentation, or marketing automation
- Strong interest in data and analysis
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and creative
- Familiarity with tools such as ERP, Analytics, LTV and platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo
