About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer all incoming calls and assist customers in obtaining information or direct them to the appropriate department
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide customer support regarding products, services, and policies
- Assist customers using the appropriate resources
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account status, and other issues
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist the sales team in processing orders via incoming phone calls and emails
- Enter customer orders into Creatio and print shipping documents for the warehouse
- Manage sales, customer service, and fax inboxes; forward purchase orders to sales representatives and respond to customers as needed
- Assist with international shipments, freight consolidation, and supply chain solutions
- Liaise with carriers to arrange tracking and follow-up
- Coordinate with warehouse and quality teams to process returns and customer feedback
- Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends
- Propose improvements to the sales process
- Assist with license verification and completion of supplier forms for customers, as required
- Assist with invoicing and payment processing, as required
- Support collections for overdue accounts
- Assist headquarters with customer account reconciliations, as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma minimum
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- Experience working in a call center, head office, and/or a pharmacy is highly valued
- A university degree is not required but is an asset
- Excellent communication and listening skills; proficiency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with customers outside Quebec
- Multilingualism is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Responsible and discreet in handling confidential matters
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
