About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate internal and external sales activities to maximize team performance.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives to strengthen their skills and ensure a consistent approach.
- Monitor individual and team performance, including tracking call-related KPIs and sales reports.
- Lead daily and weekly team meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication with field representatives.
- Drive achievement of targets, hold team members accountable, and support performance improvement plans as needed.
- Approve timesheets and expense reports for internal and external sales representatives.
- Manage team schedules and allocate workload evenly.
- Produce and prepare reports related to commission payments.
- Perform data analyses to support decision-making.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports for management.
- Participate in the planning and organization of sales events, including conferences and training activities.
- Ensure required documentation is prepared and communicate relevant information to the sales department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely handling of requests and resolution of issues.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including assistance with wholesale sales requests and key account management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary diploma in science or business is an asset.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of proven sales experience, with experience in team leadership or coordination.
- Proven ability to coach, supervise, and develop a sales team.
- Strong team spirit and high level of dedication.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel) required.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in French and English (spoken and written) required. Proficiency in English is mandatory, as approximately 95% of clients are located outside Quebec.
