About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The role focuses on inbound sales (50%) and administrative and data entry tasks (50%).
  • Provide support to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers by using relevant resources.
  • Help customers troubleshoot orders, account statuses, and other types of issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Stay up to date on new products, features, and industry trends.
  • Create and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize administrative responsibilities.
  • Recommend improvements to the sales process.
  • Record and report adverse events received from healthcare professionals and patients in accordance with the company’s pharmacovigilance procedures (Canadian clients only).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma; a college diploma with scientific training is an asset.
  • At least one year of experience in a call center or commercial support environment, or
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of customer service experience.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to develop and grow product and service sales.
  • Strong listening skills; customer-focused and professional.
  • Analytical skills, multitasking ability, and time management.
  • Excellent teamwork, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates core values and the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and be authentic.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel) required.
  • Experience working with a CRM (Creatio is an asset).
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in French and English (spoken and written) required.
