About the role
- The role focuses on inbound sales (50%) and administrative and data entry tasks (50%).
- Provide support to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers by using relevant resources.
- Help customers troubleshoot orders, account statuses, and other types of issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Stay up to date on new products, features, and industry trends.
- Create and process orders in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize administrative responsibilities.
- Recommend improvements to the sales process.
- Record and report adverse events received from healthcare professionals and patients in accordance with the company’s pharmacovigilance procedures (Canadian clients only).
Requirements
- College diploma; a college diploma with scientific training is an asset.
- At least one year of experience in a call center or commercial support environment, or
- Three (3) to five (5) years of customer service experience.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to develop and grow product and service sales.
- Strong listening skills; customer-focused and professional.
- Analytical skills, multitasking ability, and time management.
- Excellent teamwork, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates core values and the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and be authentic.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel) required.
- Experience working with a CRM (Creatio is an asset).
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in French and English (spoken and written) required.
