Providing guidance to internal business partners
Drafting and reviewing communications to internal business partners, clients, and third parties
Trial preparation and strategy
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and settlement agreements
Reviewing new legislation and analyzing their applicability to business operations
Monitoring legal and regulatory development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (JD) with active license to practice law in the United States
10+ years of closely related experience
Pharmacy Benefit Management experience required
Pharmacy networks experience (pricing, contracts, etc.) required
Litigation management experience preferred
Knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams/Outlook)
Ability to perform legal research
