Key responsibilities & impact

Configure pharmacy, formulary, and benefit plan components within the claims adjudication system
Manage assigned workload to ensure all configuration tasks and change requests are completed within established timelines
Develop expertise in claims system logic
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve claims processing issues
Collaborate with clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders
Apply standardized design methodologies and governance practices
Perform in-unit testing and validation of configurations
Execute end-to-end workflow activities
Mentor junior analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/BA and 2+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office / Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Excel
Ability to run SQL queries and script load
Pharmacy Technician License or National Certification helpful
Strong understanding of healthcare domain concepts, including FFS, MCO, pharmacy benefits, and plan structures
