Key responsibilities & impact

Working within the Government Programs and Services (GPS) department, the Project Manager provides leadership, organization, and coordination for new fee-for-service Medicaid client implementations.
Responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing complete project plans and associated documentation.
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of the new client on-boarding and implementation lifecycle.
Partner closely with internal and external client stakeholders to ensure successful client implementations occur according to contractual requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) and 9+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination)
6+ years as a subject matter expert in relevant areas
Must have experience participating in and/or leading facets of a fee-for-service Medicaid client implementation as a member of the organization that is performing the implementation activities
PMP certification required and Six Sigma/Lean background desired, not required
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
