About the role
- Provide trusted support to store management
- Manage general correspondence and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Record goods receipts, orders and returns, and handle invoices, credit notes and financing transactions
- Serve customers at our modern checkout registers
- Handle service cases and assist with stocktakes
- Coordinate online sales
Requirements
- Completed commercial (business) training or an equivalent qualification
- Good spoken and written German
- Professional experience in administration desirable
- Good IT skills and confident use of MS Office
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain accurate, auditable records
- Strong team player with high commitment
- Responsible, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work discreetly/confidentially
