About the role
- Receive, process and fulfill customer orders
- Organize shipping and returns processes
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone
- Handle complaints and assist with orders or technical issues
- Create and maintain product data and manage inventory records
- Monitor product availability and work closely with our internal departments
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., retail, wholesale/foreign trade, or e-commerce) — alternatively, relevant experience as a career changer is welcome
- Basic knowledge of online retail or order processing is an advantage
- Proficient with standard PC applications and comfortable working digitally
- Strong communication skills, teamwork and a service-oriented manner
- Organized and reliable approach to work
- Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
