About the role
- Trusted support for branch management
- Managing general correspondence and handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Recording goods receipts, orders and returns, and processing invoices, credit notes and financing transactions
- Serving customers at our modern checkout registers
- Handling service cases and assisting with inventories
- Coordinating online sales
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Work experience in administration desirable
- Good IT skills and confident use of MS Office
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work in an audit-proof manner
- Strong teamwork skills and high commitment
- Responsible with strong organizational and time-management skills
