About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain and deliver content that supports students throughout their application journey
Audit and continually enhance Medify’s medical applicant journey through engaging written and visual content
Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to create a consistent and high-quality customer experience
Partner with Product to ensure new features are supported with best-in-class educational content
Help create a seamless and inspiring learning journey for students from application through to medical school
Manage the production workflow, quality assurance and delivery of multiple editorial projects
Coordinate and support a network of freelance authors, illustrators and copy editors
Collaborate with Product Marketing to communicate industry and product updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Dentistry or Education
Postgraduate qualification in Medical Education (PGCert, PGDip, MSc or equivalent) (desirable)
Fellowship or Membership of a recognised Medical Education body (e.g. FHEA or FAcadMEd)
In-depth knowledge of the medical school application journey (first-hand experience is a significant advantage)
Experience coordinating digital content production
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of instructional design or curriculum development (desirable)
