About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage priorities and prepare key decisions using decision logs
Maintain calendar hygiene

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong academic background, e.g., in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Health Economics, or a comparable field
Recent graduates or candidates with early professional experience welcome
Native-level German (C2)
Very good English
Ability to communicate complex content clearly and precisely, both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills and fast research capability
Ability to structure problems clearly
Confident handling of spreadsheets, data, and basic financial models
High affinity for technology and AI
Comfortable using LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
Entrepreneurial drive, a strong performance mindset, and the ability to work independently
Willingness to take responsibility in a fast-paced environment
Maturity and openness to feedback
Nice to have: initial experience in startups, consulting, product, operations, analytics, or similar areas
Nice to have: basic knowledge of GDPR or interest in learning about it
