About the role

  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, both online and offline
  • Revise and continuously improve our website, including content management and SEO optimization
  • Analyze and evaluate website data and marketing campaigns to optimize conversion rates
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and support the sales pipeline
  • Assist in planning and executing online marketing activities (e.g., email marketing, social media, PPC)
  • Create reports and perform regular analyses for performance monitoring and optimization of marketing activities
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, e.g., landing pages, blog posts and newsletters

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong affinity for AI
  • Initial practical experience in marketing, ideally in lead generation or website optimization
  • Solid knowledge of content management, SEO and web analytics
  • Very good experience with CMS and marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
  • Creativity, strong organizational skills and a good sense for online marketing trends
  • Independent working style, team player and strong communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
