Customer Support

• Offer comprehensive program and product support through one-on-one consultations via phone, SMS, and email.
• Provide in-depth nutritional, behavioral, exercise, program, and product support to Coaches and Client.
• Educate Coaches and Clients on medical weight loss, OPTAVIA’s programs, plans, products, and kits.
• Collect and document all health questions reported by Coaches and Clients.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and caring demeanor in all communications with Coaches, Clients, and co-workers.
• Assist and educate Coaches and Clients on a variety of health and wellness topics, including weight loss, weight maintenance, exercise, and behavior modification.
• Work closely with Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and Scientific & Clinical Affairs team to ensure nutritionally accurate information is provided.
• Support and promote employee-centric corporate wellness programs and healthy lifestyle initiatives.
