About the role
- Craft and manage high-quality English content for various platforms, including websites, CRM campaigns, and VIP communication.
- Translate and localize content to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy for the CA locales and Irish markets.
- Maintain the integrity and consistency of our content, reflecting the company’s brand standards.
- Apply SEO best practices to increase content visibility and user engagement.
- Work closely with CRM, marketing, and product teams to ensure content supports key business initiatives.
- Assist with testing local games and content updates to ensure the best user experience for Canadian players.
- Continuously review and refresh content to stay aligned with trends in sports, iGaming, and user preferences.
Requirements
- You have to be located in Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, or Nova Scotia.
- Native English speaker with exceptional reading and writing skills; fluent in French is a plus.
- Proven experience in content writing or content management within the iGaming, Betting, Gaming or Sports industry.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure error-free and engaging content.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO tools and best practices.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Genuine passion for sports and gaming, with the ability to produce engaging content in these areas.
- A team player with a proactive approach to achieving company goals.
- Must be ready to adjust at least 30% of working time to the Cyprus time zone.
