About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Correspond with potential clients during the intake process and maintain regular communication with existing clients for active cases;
  • Primary work is with EB-3, H1B, OPT, TN, F1 and F2 visas
  • Prepare immigration petitions and responses to Requests for Evidence, Motions to Reconsider, Responses to Notices of Intent to Deny;
  • Oversee and lead various projects and deadlines
  • Maybe required to research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • NC Paralegal Certification
  • Associate’s Degree Preferred
  • At least two years of experience, Immigration Law preferred
  • Solid writing and verbal communication skills
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to effectively multitask
  • Ability to adhere and meet strict deadlines
