About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and build relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Meet or exceed expectations on effort and activity metrics
  • Prospect candidates at high-volume through various channels
  • Build a book of business from scratch and manage a robust pipeline of candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews, negotiate compensation
  • Verify background information including work references, educational degree(s)
  • Ensure all pre-hire qualifications are met and properly documented
  • Work daily with various client-facing teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians
  • Build relationships with co-workers and supervisors
  • Prioritize job duties and organize work responsibilities efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to a positive and healthy team culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of recruitment experience, including permanent placements, OR at least one year of successful recruitment at MSG
  • High School Diploma or GED certificate required
  • Proven track record of career success and/or longevity in roles
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to meet or exceed placement goals
  • Ability to negotiate and problem-solve collaboratively
  • Ability to organize workload, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency and efficiency
  • Willingness to learn, accept coaching/feedback
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools
  • Have a high level of comfort operating within technology platforms.
  • Speak and write professionally and follow oral or written instructions
  • Excellent rapport/relationship-building skills with candidates, teammates and hiring managers.
