About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications, from concept through implementation.
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Balance visual design, interaction design, and usability to deliver clear, functional, and accessible experiences.
- Contribute to and follow established design systems and accessibility standards.
- Partner with product and development teams to understand requirements, align on outcomes, and ensure implementation fidelity.
- Actively participate in design critiques, giving and receiving feedback to continuously improve the work.
- Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Contribute to UX research efforts by assisting with usability testing, synthesizing findings, and applying insights to your designs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of UX/UI design experience in a collaborative product team environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with tools such as Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, or prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction patterns.
- Basic understanding of accessibility (ADA, WCAG) and how to apply inclusive design practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work, and communicate project status.
