About the role
- Review invoice proposals and exceptions in accordance with individual client contract specifications.
- Develop a solid understanding of billing rules, escalating rule issues or addition requests in line with policy.
- Route manual invoices to clients not included in automated billing processes and complete weekly new starts.
- Manage and resolve billing issues or disputes, identifying root causes and recommending process improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and professional issue resolution.
- Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for internal collaborators, supporting training and knowledge sharing.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
