• Responsible for specializing in understanding and supporting marketing initiatives and support of client-facing objectives
• Provide support to all functions of the marketing department
• Specialize in marketing projects, social media, trade shows and email campaigns
• Support the development and implementation of the Company's marketing program
• Serve as marketing specialist with support to the Vice President, Marketing for overall marketing objectives and priorities
• Assist with Pre/Post conference mailings and other general marketing mailings
• Specialize in understanding the reports and trip materials prior to the representative’s travel
• Investigate, budget, and plan upcoming conferences to attend and exhibit sponsorship
• Attend and prepare briefing and debrief documents for tradeshows with attendees
• Prepare and ship tradeshow materials to exhibits
• Prepare monthly tradeshow budget and leads for the VP
• Monitor marketing email and prepare reports to share the effectiveness of campaigns with Leadership
• Follow up with the sales team on leads
• Develop and manage the production of virtual pitch decks and virtual landing pages
• Specialize in understanding and reporting on market research and assist VP of Marketing for MRIoA segments including competitive analysis, market/segment size, differentiation analysis, and new market development
• Coordinate findings into PowerPoint or Word document
• Commercialization support for all segments including collateral generation, branding coordination, sales tool creation and internal/external communications support
• The development of the customer reference strategy
• Sales enablement as requested
• Complete other duties as requested
