About the role

  • Own and maintain the Sales and Operations planning process to develop demand and supply planning models on weekly and monthly cadences.
  • Lead 12-month supply modeling, replenishment planning, and forecast reconciliation.
  • Drive demand and supply balancing, including scenario modeling for growth, promotions, constraints, and risk.
  • Execute end-to-end purchasing activities including PO creation, expediting, follow-ups, cost validation, and tracking.
  • Establish and manage PO cadence and vendor adherence to lead times, pricing, and service levels.
  • Lead vendor performance management, including delivery adherence, escalations, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain item master data and ensure alignment across Salesforce, Datex FootPrint(WMS), and Finance systems.
  • Monitor and report on inventory health KPIs including weeks of supply, MAPE, stockouts, aging inventory, refurb yield, and inbound adherence.
  • Partner closely with Finance on budget cycles, COGS modeling, forecast updates, and variance analysis.
  • Provide clear, predictable inventory and supply signals to Sales, Care, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
  • Establish redundancy, documentation, and continuity planning for inventory planning and purchasing functions.
  • Adhere to organizational guidelines, internal controls, and financial governance standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, replenishment, or procurement.
  • Strong analytical capabilities including Excel-based modeling, forecasting tools, and BI platforms such as Power BI.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, purchasing execution, and cost controls.
  • Experience in distribution, inventory-driven environments, WMS, or consumer hardware preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a high-accountability role.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
