About the role
- Perform bookkeeping tasks directly in NetSuite (required)
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payments
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and payment tracking
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
- Maintain accurate transaction categorization and documentation
- Assist with monthly financial reporting (P&L support, account reviews)
- Track expenses, receipts, and vendor records
- Support payroll reporting and preparation as needed
- Assist with sales tax tracking/reporting if required
- Provide organized reporting support for CPA and leadership team
Requirements
- NetSuite bookkeeping/accounting experience (required)
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience working with a service-based or equipment-based business is a plus
