About the role

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks directly in NetSuite (required)
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payments
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and payment tracking
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
  • Maintain accurate transaction categorization and documentation
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting (P&L support, account reviews)
  • Track expenses, receipts, and vendor records
  • Support payroll reporting and preparation as needed
  • Assist with sales tax tracking/reporting if required
  • Provide organized reporting support for CPA and leadership team

Requirements

  • NetSuite bookkeeping/accounting experience (required)
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with a service-based or equipment-based business is a plus
